We are on the lookout for a skilled Site Administrator to join a leading project team in Perth.
While the role is Perth-based, there may be occasional site visits as needed.
If you have previous Rio Tinto mobilisation experience and are an expert at managing rosters, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Manage site rostersFlight bookingsAccommodation for project teamsRaise Purchase Orders, reconcile invoices, and oversee goods receiptsMaintain efficient office operations, including document control, filing, and clerical supportMonitor stock levels for essential supplies such as PPE and office itemsWork closely with project managers to ensure smooth operations and timely project documentationTrack project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met with precisionAssist with travel arrangements for site visits and coordinate logisticsBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project on trackEssential Experience: Previous experience mobilising for Rio Tinto is a mustHands-on experience managing rosters at scale, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordinationStrong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of SAM, SAP, ERMS, and WorkflowSolid background in Project Administration within the civil or mining industriesA keen eye for detail and exceptional ability to enter data accurately and efficientlyFlexibility to travel to site as required to support project needsA team player with a dynamic, adaptable attitude and a willingness to contribute to a fast-paced work environmentWhy Join Us?
