We have a number of exciting customer service and sales roles available across Sydney's Northern Beaches region and lower North Shore.
Opportunities across Manly, Mosman, Warriewood, Brookvale, Crows Nest, Chatswood, Dee Why, Lane Cove & Mona Vale. Interviews for these roles shall be held on Wednesday 4th December between 10am and 4pm at both our Chatswood St George and Dee Why Westpac branches. Apply today to secure your new role with Westpac! These branch-based, customer-facing roles are at the heart of our branch network and will see you engaging in meaningful conversations with our customers to deliver a seamless, stress-free banking experience – and uncover their current and future banking needs.
You will manage transactional and savings needs, connect customers with other specialists when required, and proactively engage with them via phone or email.
Your dedication and expertise will empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!

What will I need to succeed? Customer Service or Sales Experience: ideally gained in a customer-facing role. Numerical Skills: proficiency in handling cash and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy. Personality: an energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people! Resilience: the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations or difficult customers. Adaptability: a will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
