About the role Our Head of Programs needs an experienced Personal Assiatant to provide confidential, efficient and effective high-level organisational and administrative assistance. This role is a 12-month maternity cover contract and an incredible opportunity for purposeful work at the heart of our program impact. The expanse of duties and responsibilities covers areas such as; - Proactively managing the workload and priorities of the Head of Programs including diary management, preparation of correspondence, message taking and management of requests for information, e-mail, telephone calls and other correspondence Arranging meetings as required including the preparation of agendas and travel and accommodation as required Preparing the monthly reconciliation and submission of expenses Assisting with the preparation of board reports and executive team meeting notes Assisting in the preparation of project / presentation documents About you The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, calm and autonomous individual who can demonstrate: Significant previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a senior stakeholder within a department and juggling that workload with the workload to support the team also Working with sensitive information and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times Being flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities Outstanding time management and understanding of how to manage competing priorities Excellent commitment to providing quality and responsive customer service Highly developed written and verbal skills Impeccable attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office skills The ability to effectively communicate with a range of employees across the organisation, maintaining the highest level of personal and professional integrity Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain cool under pressure What's next?
