The Medical Imaging PA and Medical Workforce coordinator provides personal assistance to the Operations Manager Medical Imaging & Pathology Contract, and the Director of Medical Imaging. In addition this position supplies Human Resources assistance to support the Medical workforce. This role is responsible for administration activities associated with recruitment and on-boarding, medical registration, credentialing, rostering and payroll, for the Medical Workforce within the Western Health Medical Imaging Departments.
To be Successful in this Role you
Will have well developed time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
Will have excellent Computer Skills with advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Will have proven ability in office administration, and/ or relevant educational qualifications
Will have attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all aspects of your work
Will have well developed written and verbal communication skills
