KPMG Forensicassists clients to prevent, detect and respond to fraud, serious misconduct and corruption. Our range of services in combating financial crime includes Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF), Sanctions, and regulatory investigations. Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities daily, you will provide proactive administrative, operational, client and people support to 2 Partners and a Director within the Sydney Forensic practice of KPMG
In this dynamic and integral role you will be:Proactively managing diaries and prioritising meetings and events according to stakeholder needs. Where appropriate and required joins meetings, takes minutes, identify and owns actions and follow up on other's actions.
Proactively processes expenses on a timely basis.
Records new business opportunities, client contacts and keeps records up to date, including the updates of opportunities through to conversion, job creation and job closing.
Provides editing and formatting support and proactively utilises knowledge management tools.
Proactively helps stakeholder prepare for meetings, calls, workshops, events and other interactions internally or with clients, for business development of client engagements. This involves getting documentation organised, printed where required and organising logistics.
Proactively manages domestic and international travel
Performs other ad-hoc duties as required by the Director
Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information

Comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable with asking questions and requesting clarification when matters are unclear
Relevant experience supporting a high performing team in a fast paced, corporate environment.
A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality service
Self-motivation and initiative
Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate to high level skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
