We’re currently looking for a professional, driven, and reliable Legal Personal Assistant to join our high performing Retirement Living Legal team based at our Melbourne Quarter offices in Melbourne CBD.

In this role you will support the Head of Legal, Retirement Living and a legal team with their administrative and secretarial requirements such as diary management, meeting arrangements, invoicing, travel coordination, expenses and document management. In addition you will be kept busy by a variety of tasks such as handling enquiries on behalf of the team, drafting and amending documents including agreements, reports, presentations, letters, spreadsheets and file notes. You will also maintain database information, organisation charts, filing requirements and distribution lists.

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role ideally gained within an in-house legal team or a law firm where you have supported a fast-paced and busy team. You will have a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage competing demands and deadlines. Excellent customer service skills with a professional manner towards both internal and external stakeholders, coupled with the ability to provide discretion are essential. Strong IT skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple internal systems, processes and procedures will also be advantageous.
