As a part of our collaborative team, our Personal Assistants organise, support and assist designated Partners and/or Directors and teams in delivering a high quality and timely service, information, and advice to internal and external clients. Working in a full time capacity, you will be responsible for:Working with the designated individuals in managing and planning their time, tasks and in determining priorities;
Correspondence, meeting and diary management using MS Outlook;
Operational and management reporting, including monthly reporting on business goals; projects and initiatives (financial and non-financial)
Support business development / tender production and project activities by providing extensive editing and formatting support and coordinating knowledge management tools;
Supports the team's operations by assisting with any miscellaneous administrative duties such as maintaining distribution lists and databases.
Ensuring smooth and timely management of financial administration of timesheets, expense claims and transfers;

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:Secretarial / administration qualifications;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
Demonstrated strengths in working with others to achieve shared goals;
Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks in an efficient and self-motivated manner;
Ability to use applications such as MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel at a high level of proficiency.
