Permit Compliance Safety Officer

**The Position**:

- Conduct risk assessments, JSO's Leadership Interactions, Site Audits, LTSC audits on all activities performed on site
- Ensure all site-staff and contractors are inducted correctly utilising the relevant safety policies and procedures
- Provide advice and assistance relating to Permit to Work, Lock Out Tag Out and general compliance management to the work force
- Facilitate and monitor the implementation of the health and safety programs across sites ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, standards and regulations in the workplace
- Plan and deliver training as per annual targets
- Communicate legal requirements for compliance and Ensure compliance on CM3 for Delta and all LTSC
- Complete weekly, monthly and yearly monitoring and reporting as required for site which includes Job Safety Observation Tracking, Incident Report Tracking, KPI tracking, close out and completion rates
- Develop and implement Safety Management Plans

**The Person**
- Cert 4 qualifications in Health and Safety, Environmental, Health or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Incident Reporting and Investigation
- Experience in interpretation of legislation, regulations, awards and industrial agreements
- Demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring HSE programs in a multi-service environment
- Senior First Aid
- Trade Qualified
