Valiant Finance is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in paid social advertising—primarily across Meta and TikTok. This opportunity is ideal for someone with agency experience looking to transition in-house or an in-house media specialist eager to step into a senior specialist role.
What You'll Be Doing: Subscriber & Customer Growth Own Growth Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns to grow our customer base.Test New Channels: Collaborate with the team to identify, test, and refine opportunities on new platforms like programmatic native, display, and video advertising.Campaign Management Paid Social Leadership: Build and manage high-performing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.Multi-Channel Excellence: Support Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and YouTube) and assist with paid LinkedIn campaigns when needed.Collaboration: Partner with designers and the broader marketing team to ensure creative assets meet campaign objectives.CRO and Testing Landing Page Optimisation: Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experiments with A/B testing for landing pages and creative assets.Data-Driven Adjustments: Analyse and interpret test results to inform future strategies and improve performance.Performance Analysis Insightful Reporting: Create and maintain campaign performance reports for key stakeholders using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce.Iterative Improvements: Monitor campaign results and provide actionable insights to optimise targeting, messaging, and bid strategies.What You'll Bring to the Team: Proven Expertise: Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with a focus on performance.Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach to optimisation and reporting.Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.Bonus Skills Experience with TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaign management.Knowledge of programmatic display and video platforms.Familiarity with CRO tools and methodologies.Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for creative and landing page tweaks.What We're Looking For: Experience: 1-2 years in performance marketing, ideally in an agency setting or a similar in-house role.Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a passion for achieving measurable results.Team Player: Someone who collaborates easily across creative, analytics, and marketing functions.Why Join Us?
