Details of the offer

The Role
As a Performance Manager, you will take the lead in driving important measures and Customer Service related outcomes. You will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, with a particular focus in engaging with the WorkSafe and GB's own claims management specialists to ensure that an innovative customer orientated and Injured Worker focussed claims service is delivered to Injured Workers.
You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:
Provide day to day monitoring, oversight and control of Service measures and contractual requirements, through effectively communicating and coordinating the process and stakeholders involved
Support the claims teams and building staff capability by providing mentoring, training and feedback by delving deeper into claims conferences and customer and/or client feedback
Driving the delivery of a proactive, cost effective, personcentered claims management strategy, focusing on achieving recovery outcomes as well as financial targets.
Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensuring all people, performance measures, and WorkSafe contractual requirements are met to increase financial and business opportunities
Communicate feedback relating to the team's current performance with both senior leadership teams, and claims management teams in an effective and motivational way

What are we looking for?
Significant and recent experience within Workers Compensation industry, with a particular focus on customer Service Measures
Outstanding leadership skills, and experience in coaching and mentoring staff is essential
Excellent knowledge of industry performance measures
Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff and external parties
Refined analytical skills with a keen eye for recognising reporting trends and areas for improvement
Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health and/or Tertiary qualification in appropriate field are ideal to be successful within this position, but are not essential
