Whether you're a driven Senior Executive ready to take the next step in your career or an experienced Manager seeking a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.The transformation you will experience:The Performance Manager is accountable for managing the digital performance business (search, programmatic, and social) within our individual HX Planning and Activation teams and driving best in class implementation. As a valued member of the team, the Performance Manager is accountable for driving and enhancing our agency culture of Never Standing Still.Your day to day will look like:Manage the digital performance business within the individual Starcom client team.Provide client leadership on digital performance strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities.Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams through digital performance excellence.Work cohesively as HX Partnerships for integrated media solutions for clients.Oversee the completion and optimisation of biddable programs and campaigns.What you're looking for:A strong team with a supportive and collaborative culture.Partnering with a client who is open to being challenged and working progressively.Opportunity to fulfil your career goals in a business large enough to accommodate them - we have one of the finest mobility programs GLOBALLY!What type of person will be successful in this role:Minimum 3-5 years' experience across search and/or social and/or programmatic.Proven aptitude to exceed client and campaign objectives.Performance media team management experience.Experience in working with ad technology, data and media partners.Mastery of display/social/mobile/video and search platforms.Thorough knowledge of search & programmatic bid management tools e.g. DV360, SA360, Verizon Media, Trade Desk, Brand Networks.Top line knowledge of Industry monitoring systems e.g. Hitwise, Adthena, SimilarWeb.Aptitude to both assist digital managers and mentor account coordinators.What we're looking for is:Attention to detail that is second to none.Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box.A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others.A true professional with strong time management and the aptitude to juggle multiple priorities.Strong organisation experience with a love for being one step ahead.Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth.If you don't tick every box in this ad, please don't rule yourself out.
