Our industry sector alignment, product capability, industry expertise and specialist skills are key points of differentiation to our global industry peers.See yourself in our teamWe are the Trade Finance, Working Capital and Physical Commodities Crew in the Carbon Trade and Commodities Business Unit.The Commodities, Trade & Carbon (CTC) business within IB&M provides expertise in 3 core areas:Risk management - helping customers manage exposure to price changes through derivative productsInventory management and storage solutions - supporting clients with structured financing products (e.g. supply chain financing, repo) to access physical commodities and facilitate their transportation from production to consumptionFinancing - providing clients with funding in the form of short term and/or self-liquidating debt (e.g. asset-based loan, pre-pay, traditional trade finance)CTC works closely with the Bank's key industry coverage teams particularly within the Natural Resources & Industrial, Transport & Consumer sectors where clients have significant commodity exposures that need to be managed.Your responsibilities will also include:Overseeing the drafting and maintenance of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the support of various teamsTracking metrics against stated objectives and key results leveraging data driven insights and challenges for continuous improvement opportunitiesDriving workforce and financial management activity via forecasts, budgets, actuals, and reconciliationCommunicating across various teams to ensure information flow, commitments can be delivered limiting the escalation of risks and issuesManaging in a high complexity environment, identifying actions and interventions for escalation and conducting initiative deep divesPreparing governance reporting requirements including milestones, financials, benefits, and riskYou're a great team player with growth mindset and good communication skills.
