Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) About the RoleReporting to the Manager of Organisational Culture, Leadership, and Capability, this pivotal leadership position within a notable Queensland organisation will see you leading a passionate team of organisational development and HR professionals. Together, you will design, deliver, and embed strategic workforce initiatives that enhance performance, leadership, and culture across the organisation. By partnering with business leaders, you will ensure these initiatives are not only 'fit for purpose' but are embraced at all levels, driving meaningful business outcomes. Your focus will be on shaping a positive organisational culture while aligning workforce strategies with key business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate within the People, Culture, and Capability Team to foster a high-performing culture focused on service and leadership;Develop and report on the People Performance Framework, embedding KPIs to enhance performance planning and reviews;Create tools and provide coaching for leaders to implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs);Design and launch a comprehensive Onboarding Program that includes policies, job training, and cultural integration;Implement the Leadership Capability Framework, providing resources for all leadership levels, including key development programs;Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking professional learning, serving as the staff contact and providing quarterly training reports;Collaborate with People and Culture leads to align initiatives such as Safeguarding, Health, Safety, and Diversity to embed organisational changes; andDevelop and implement resources aligned with the organisation's vision and strategic objectives to support the Strategic Plan.About YouTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline are highly regarded but not essential. What truly matters is your proven ability to design and implement Capability, Culture, and Talent Initiatives that align with and support the organisation's strategic goals.
