WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Performance Account Director to join a well respected Sydney based agency who can work with high-growth eCommerce brands to drive impactful results.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing key client relationships, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the successful execution of data-led marketing campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, identify opportunities for growth, and work with the wider team to implement strategies that enhance performance across digital channels.
Leading the high-performing team, you will foster a culture of excellence, mentoring and empowering team members to deliver outstanding work and your expertise in analysing campaign data, spotting trends, and making informed, data-driven decisions will be crucial in optimising performance and driving continuous improvement.
Finally, we're looking for someone who likes to stay ahead of industry developments, platform updates, and emerging trends.

Proven experience in leading high performing teams across performance marketing, including paid search, paid social Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively Strong communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for driving performance and business growth TO BE CONSIDERED...
