Apply now Job no: 568318 Work type: Full time temp Location: Corporate Services - NSW Metropolitan Categories: Human Resources The Opportunity The People Projects Manager will take charge of strategic initiatives concerning personnel matters, with a focus on organisational design, change management, culture, and performance & reward. This dynamic position calls for prior experience in navigating complex organisations and adept stakeholder management. Working in close collaboration with the People Leadership team, PMO, and cross-functional teams, the manager will ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with Ramsay's strategic objectives. Please be advised that this position is a 24-month contract opportunity.
Key Accountabilities Lead and oversee multiple HR projects, ensuring timely, scope-aligned, and budget-conscious delivery.Develop and manage clear project plans, timelines, and budgets for effective execution.Manage and guide project teams, including HR professionals and external vendors when needed.Proactively identify and address project risks and issues to maintain smooth progress.Ensure timely completion of project deliverables meeting high-quality standards.Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and accountability.Collaborate with leadership to assess change impacts and devise strategies for managing resistance and promoting positive culture.Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.Furnish regular updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders on project status and outcomes.About You As a proponent of The Ramsay Way - 'People Caring for People', you excel at fostering positive working relations with key stakeholders, developing people, building high-performance teams, and successfully leading them through organisational change.
Your Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex HR projects.Profound comprehension of HR principles, encompassing change management, performance appraisal, and reward & recognition schemes.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities.Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines adeptly.Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiencies.Desirable but not essential Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Agile).About Ramsay Health Care Founded in Australia in 1964, Ramsay Health Care is the nation's largest private hospital operator and a leader in global healthcare excellence.
