This dynamic position calls for prior experience in navigating complex organisations and adept stakeholder management.
Working in close collaboration with the People Leadership team, PMO, and cross-functional teams, the manager will ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with Ramsay's strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities Lead and oversee multiple HR projects, ensuring timely, scope-aligned, and budget-conscious delivery.Develop and manage clear project plans, timelines, and budgets for effective execution.Manage and guide project teams, including HR professionals and external vendors when needed.Proactively identify and address project risks and issues to maintain smooth progress.Ensure timely completion of project deliverables meeting high-quality standards.Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and accountability.Collaborate with leadership to assess change impacts and devise strategies for managing resistance and promoting positive culture.Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.Furnish regular updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders on project status and outcomes.About You As a proponent of The Ramsay Way - 'People Caring for People', you excel at fostering positive working relations with key stakeholders, developing people, building high-performance teams, and successfully leading them through organisational change.
