Our national People Operations team are the first line of support for our business when it comes to People matters. You will join a fast paced and high volume environment processing the administration and maintenance tasks for the People Operations team.

You role will see you:Providing superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to, managing and resolving customer and stakeholder enquiries
Processing transactions within agreed turnaround times and consistent accuracy in a high volume environment
A passionate team member who is driven to exceed customers' expectations
An active participant, suggesting process/system improvements that increases customer satisfaction, speed of execution and commercial efficiency

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A collaborative team-focused mindset with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
