About the role An opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a People & Development Assistant to join our People & Development team on a full-time basis.
The P&D team operate nationally to provide HR support to each of our seven offices.
This position will see you working closely with members of the P&D team and our Office Managers, to provide administrative support and assist with various projects.
This is a busy role, and is integral to the success of the team in delivering quality services to the firm.
Each day will be different; however, some of your tasks and responsibilities will include: Responding to all Tier 1 employee queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Producing all employment related letters and associated documents.
Monitoring and supporting employee movements throughout the employee lifecycle, including conducting new starter inductions where required.
Supporting the implementation of projects.
Supporting the administration of Learning & Development activities.
Researching to support data and information requirements.
Assisting with recruitment activity.

About you We are looking for a candidate who has completed, or is currently studying towards, a tertiary qualification with a Human Resources major, or equivalent.
You will have a keen interest in gaining and developing Human Resources skills in a collegiate environment.
You will be passionate, enthusiastic and value the importance of providing good customer service to key stakeholders.
