About The Role The People Data & Systems Lead is the custodian of people data and responsible for the technical components of its management, integrity, security and reporting within the People & Culture systems.
The key objective of this role will be to collaborate with other TTI system and process owners and SMEs to integrate employee data across TTI systems in accordance with TTI data governance and privacy policies.
Responsibilities: Custodian of people data across people systems to ensure our data is accurate, complete, relevant and timely. Facilitate and/or support people data integration across both people and enterprise systems. Drive continued automation and process improvement to enhance user experience of people systems and data. Optimise people system solutions, including problem analysis, scoping, planning, resourcing and governance. Supports the People and Culture function in the areas of people metrics and reporting. Oversee daily operations of HR technology stack focusing on Cornerstone HRIS, ensuring system configurations meet business requirements and best practice. Provide input into system design to ensure people systems framework, structure and function meets current and anticipated future needs. About You 5+ years in a people systems technology role, including reporting, analytics and/or business intelligence. Experience and / or exposure through a direct or indirect working relationship with Payroll, P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Remuneration and Benefits. Experience in technology, process improvement and/or data projects in addition to engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, or relevant field, or relevant equivalent experience.
