About your new role:
As the People & Culture Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of People & Culture and the duties will include but won't be limited to:

Work closely with the leaders on key initiatives, policies, and programs Conducting investigations as required Supporting leaders with the engagement of employees and identifying people issues prior to them happening Training, supporting, and guiding leaders on all people matters Support and assist with the development and review of People & Culture policies and processes Liaise with the relevant Unions as required Management of a People & Culture Advisor
About you:
