Job DescriptionResponsible for the administration and data integrity of payroll systems (HR3 and Rippling) for multiple businesses.Coordinating monthly payroll, ensuring all items are reported accurately in collaboration with payroll and HR teams.Supporting remuneration reviews and bonus payments by creating Excel reports for analysis and managing data uploads into payroll systems.Compiling key HR metric reports, including headcount, WGEA, recruitment, remuneration surveys, and turnover.Supporting end-to-end recruitment for agency candidates, managing candidate information in JobAdder, and coordinating interviews and assessments.Managing referral candidates through the recruitment process, including initial screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.Assisting the People & Culture team with strategic HR initiatives and projects aligned with business objectives.Providing excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters. The Successful ApplicantA successful People & Culture Coordinator should have:A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in HR systems and databases.Some experience in a HR related role is ideal.
