This opportunity may suit a HR Uni Graduate or someone looking for a great work/life balance.The Role: This part-time position (16hrs, Mon – Thurs) is all about ensuring our team members' employment journey is smooth and seamless.
You'll be the go-to person for People & Culture administration, working closely with Payroll and Retail Operations to make sure everything runs like clockwork.What You'll Be Doing:Managing status changes for our store team members, support centre, and distribution centreSupporting new team members with onboarding and probationary reviewsEnsuring visa requirements and parental leave documentation are up to dateKeeping our HR system (Dayforce) accurate and organisedReviewing and improving processes to make things easier for our teamsAssisting with workers' compensation administration and complianceWhat We're Looking For:Sharp attention to detail—you spot the little things that make a big differenceProblem-solving skills—you love finding solutionsSelf-motivation—you take charge and get things doneStrong time management—you can juggle multiple tasks with easeA natural relationship-builder—you love working with peopleA passion for customer service—you're all about creating amazing experiencesBonus Points If You Have:Experience in HR administration or coordinationRetail experience (we love a background in stores!
