Your new role
Working as part of a growing HR team, you will be a true business partner for a client group of 300 + employees including Sales & Marketing.
Working with a high performing team of white collar professionals in Sydney, you will be responsible for all areas of HR including:
Coaching employees and managers through recruitment, talent management, employee engagement and talent development
Supporting on all areas of HR advice including HR data, remuneration, engagement workforce planning and change Performance management, advising on ER and legislative issues,
Business partner in strategic initiatives, supporting your client group in the delivery of people and culture initiatives and programs
Being part of a global matrix structure, you will be expected to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across ANZ and APAC
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner looking to take the next step up in your career. This is a superb career opportunity for someone to develop further in this area. You will have full generalist knowledge and have experience of ER and IR advise provisions. You will ideally have worked in a larger or complex HR structure and have partnered with white collar, creative and corporate client groups previously. You will hold a Bachelor degree and be an HR Generalist with high calibre coaching skills. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and feel confident when partnering and working with senior leaders. This is a permanent role.
