Our national People & Culture team includes Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, Generalist, Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing, Learning & Development, Performance & Rewards, and Systems & Reporting.
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Systems & Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights to inform People & Culture strategy. You will also be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the HRIS and implementation of new People & Culture Systems.
You will be involved in:
Maintaining P&C systems, including the HRIS, intelliHR; Assisting with regular data cleansing and validation across P&C systems; Producing training documentation and user guides (and provide training where appropriate); Working with P&C Subject Matter Experts to ensure process documentation and other relevant material is accurate and up to date; Providing technical support, troubleshooting and guidance with intelliHR; Supporting the integration between the HRIS and other business systems; Data analysis and interpretation; Being involved in data-driven initiatives to inform P&C strategies; Supporting with regular and ad hoc People & Culture reporting; Creating and maintaining documentation for any reports; Assisting with the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards in PowerBI; Supporting and enabling maturing of P&C reporting capabilities; Other duties as required. About you You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Graduate or 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role; An inquisitive and curious mind with excellent numerical and analytical skills; Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI (or similar reporting tool); Ability to work co-operatively with team members and people within the Firm; Strong problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise work under pressure; Experience with People & Culture systems (intelliHR preferred); About us Hall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
