What are we looking for?
We are looking for a full-time People and Culture Advisor to join our growing People and Culture team at our Truganina head office.
This is a true generalist role, reporting into the Head of People & Culture.
We are looking for a People & Culture practitioner who can support with the building of processes and framework to elevate the function across eStore.
What will you do (but not limited to)? Partner with Site Leaders to support the execution of the business and people strategy Coach Line Managers to have healthy and ongoing career conversations Award interpretation for best practice rostering and management of team Provide advice and guidance on policies and procedures Conduct termination processes as necessary Assist in investigations, disciplinary meetings and any other ER cases Contribute to HR related projects and initiatives Share and promote company values Assist with candidate interviews, when required Rolling out and conducting training as required Managing visa and working rights checks Conducting succession planning with key stakeholders Supporting with delivery of annual performance reviews, remuneration reviews and Short term incentive plans Act as a point of contact for HR related issues queries, issues and requests Other HR related aspects as deemed necessary by the Head of People & Culture What skills will you have? A minimum of 2 years experience in a HR role HR related tertiary qualification Positive interpersonal and communication skills Self starter and great team player Attention to detail Action oriented Strong organisation and time management skills Strong work ethic Why eStore Logistics?
