Our Administration Assistant is responsible for the provision of responsive and high quality administration support and customer service to the Human Resources Team and all internal and external customers and stakeholders.
The Administration Assistant actively contributes to the overall HR team by fostering positive relationships and delivering timely and solutions focused support and service, with a primary focus on providing exceptional administrative coordination and support.
Customer service orientation and demonstrated experience in a people focused role.
Advanced communication skills and proven ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Strong commitment to achieving targets and previous success within a KPI driven environment.
