As part of this transformation, we are seeking multiple **People Consultants** to join our team and make a significant impact in supporting the university's HR operations. **About the Role** As a **People Consultant**, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality HR services to managers and staff within designated client teams. Reporting to the Manager, People Consultants, you will provide expert advice on a wide range of people management issues, support HR initiatives, and work closely with client managers to ensure effective operations. You will be responsible for guiding managers through recruitment, performance management, workplace relations, and compliance, ensuring the university's strategic goals are met. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide operational HR guidance and support to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Strategic Business Partners to meet client needs and deliver HR services aligned with agreed KPIs.
- Advise managers on best practices in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Support change management initiatives and deliver training sessions as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Remuneration**
**Base Salary Range**: $104,251 to $115,327 pa (HEW 7) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension)** in addition** to the base salary. This position is** full time **role and will be made on a **continuing basis.**
