At Possability Group , we're searching for a strategic and solutions-focused People & Finance Systems Lead to take charge of our HR and financial platforms—systems that power the teams supporting our vital disability and community services.
Why You'll Love This Role You'll take the lead in maintaining and enhancing core platforms like PageUp, Emplive iChris, Elmo, Workday, Netsuite, and Concur.
With a strong focus on integration, data quality, and continuous improvement, this role is all about making systems smarter, faster, and more user-friendly across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities System Oversight & Enhancement Manage and maintain HR and finance systems Ensure compliance, security, and performance Lead upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements Process Improvement & Integration Streamline workflows and collaborate with People, Finance, and Operational teams Support data flows and system integration User Support & Training Work with the Learning & Development leads to support training and create user-friendly guides Act as the go-to contact for system-related support Reporting & Insights Ensure systems provide timely, accurate reporting Collaborate on dashboards and custom reports using tools like Power BI Project Leadership Manage end-to-end system projects Monitor timelines, risks, and outcomes Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Technology, Finance, People, and Operational leaders Engage with Chief Operating Officers and key stakeholders to align system capability with business needs Ethical Data Use Champion data privacy, integrity, and ethical system use What You Bring 2+ years managing HR and/or Finance systems Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (or equivalent experience) Experience with HR and/or finance software (e.g.
Workday, Netsuite, HRIS, Rostering, Concur) Excellent communication and project management skills Master's degree in Information Systems (preferred) Certifications (e.g.
