This role will be primarily based in Sydney with intrastate travel within NSW.
Reporting into the People and Culture Manager, the role is being offered a fixed term contract and will play an integral part of managing the disciplinary matters and employee investigations.
As a P&C Business Partner, you will be the initial point of contact for all HR, ER, and IR queries from the business.
The duties of the role are, and not limited to:
Support People and Culture Manager in resolving employment issues and advising leaders for smooth operations.Foster positive employee relations, promoting engagement and motivation.Develop and manage employment documentation, including contracts and position descriptions.Participate in HR reporting, analytics, and special projects.Address training needs, assist in content development, and delivery.Provide professional and business-focused HR, ER and IR support to a dedicated client group of operational managers on all people-related matters.Supporting the state P&C function in delivering on People and Culture generalist activities.Review and respond to employee queries and feedback.Administer Reward & Recognition and Employee Referral Programs, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.About you: Demonstrated experience in IR /HR Advisor capacity managing non-complex employee relations matters, including performance matters, investigations and terminations.Keen interest in employee relations and industrial relations and familiar with Fair Work guidelines.Exceptional communication skills and ability to present complex information in a simple manner to a range of audience.Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or similar (or working towards).Open to travel intrastate and interstate.Willing to undergo National police check.Full Australian working rights.How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
