Job Title: People & Culture Advisor

Position Type: 3 month Full Time (38 hours) Casual Temporary Contract (Possible extension)
Pay Rate: $48 per hour + Super
Location: Midland, WA 6056
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processes using Ascender.
Interpret and apply organisational policies accurately.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
Essential to be successful in this role:
Experience using Ascender.
Previous experience working within a P&C team environment.
Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen ability to apply and interpret workplace policies and procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
