What you'll do: Lead the PEGA COE and utilize your experience in managing third-party off-premise resources.
Oversee and coordinate with both local and global stakeholders, ensuring PEGA requirements are met.
Utilize complex data and tools to analyze all aspects of process performance, presenting and explaining performance trends.
Implement best practice data visualization techniques to effectively convey insights and facilitate data discovery, recommending process improvements and future states.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within business units to enhance service, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Mentor, coach, and develop Reporting Analysts who support the daily production of analytics assets.
Provide operational infrastructure support to software delivery teams.
Support production deployment and recovery capabilities.
Provide guidance on PEGA guardrails.
Manage the PEGA best practice catalogue and develop reference architecture for business workflows.
Develop reusable component frameworks and libraries.
Conduct weekly design review meetings across Tribes, providing feedback to ensure the design and quality of PEGA applications.
What we're looking for: Demonstrated experience in an operational, agile environment, holding a senior role focused on developing metrics, analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
Over 8 years of experience with Pega.
Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
Knowledge of Java is advantageous.
Comprehensive experience in designing and implementing PRPC-based applications.
Proficient in class hierarchy, ruleset hierarchy, data layer, flows, flow actions, work baskets, and deployment.
Strong integration skills, with experience in SOAP and RESTful web services, and Kafka.
Expertise in scalability and performance tuning for applications, app servers, and databases.
Solid understanding of BPM best practices and implementation life cycles.
Ensures practices and guardrails are followed to create scalable, secure applications.
Experience in monitoring applications using tools like Kibana or Grafana, and internal Pega monitoring (PDC).
Ability to explain technically complex concepts in simple business terms.
Capable of taking ownership and working autonomously, while seeking assistance when needed.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, lateral thinking, and interpretive skills.
Experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly advantageous.
Extensive collaboration with stakeholders across infrastructure, architecture, and development.
Expertise in tech lifecycle management, architecture, technical design, development, testing, and infrastructure.
Ability to manage and develop resources, both directly and indirectly.
Skilled at handling ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
