You will manage daily payroll operations, ensuring precision and compliance in a decentralised environment.
This is a unique chance to lead a dedicated team and drive excellence in payroll management.
Located at Karawatha, you will oversee the payroll process for over 8,000 employees, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.
You will guide and support a team of payroll professionals, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems and legislation, and the ability to manage complex payroll queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of weekly and monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee daily cash flow and ensure efficient processing of all payroll transactions.
Address and resolve payroll queries with a commitment to exceptional service.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and tax legislation, ensuring our processes are current and compliant.
Inspire and influence a team of both new and long-serving members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Advanced Excel and experience with Preceda, Workday, and Kronos.
Demonstrated success in leading a payroll team.
Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to influence and manage change effectively, driving continuous improvement.
Superior communication skills to articulate complex payroll issues clearly and effectively.
