About Your New Role
With a reporting line into the payroll manager and a dotted line into the IT function, the Payroll System Specialist will support a suite of enterprise-level payroll systems to ensure ongoing reliability and performance to support a large workforce.
Other responsibilities include:

Supporting the rollout of new systems as well as UAT Testing Performing maintenance and customisations on systems such as SAP ECP, Kronos, Spinifex, etc. Troubleshooting any issues that are raised by the users of the system Creating and modifying relevant documentation when required Ability to go into the backend of the payroll system and troubleshoot accordingly to determine the cause of the issues at hand Liaising with both parties to ensure positive outcomes Creating reports in accordance with the system performance
About You!
Ideally, you will need to come from a payroll background and have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Tertiary qualifications in either IT or Finance Very strong understanding and relevant experience within the IT space You will need to have a high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to be self-managed and take ownership as required Enjoys the technical aspect and being able to work in a hybrid position Highly proficient with SAP ECP, Kronos, MS Excel, and Spinifex
