Payroll Support Officer

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in payroll administration with a background in TechnologyOne ?
Join a dynamic team on a 3-month contract  with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role!
Key Responsibilities: Support payroll processing to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time.
Assist with interpreting awards, agreements, and legislative requirements.
Process employee commencements, terminations, and payroll creditor payments.
Provide advice on pay, leave entitlements, superannuation, and salary sacrifice schemes.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
What We're Looking For: Experience in payroll administration using TechnologyOne .
Proficiency in computerised payroll systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
