Payroll Officer - Randstad

Excellent opportunity for experienced senior payroll consultants looking for their next move.This is a 12-24 month fixed term contract opportunity and the role can be based in either Sydney CBD or Parramatta CBD.Within this role, you will support the P&C operational team by ensuring all payroll processes are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements whilst ensuring efficiency amongst systems and procedures.Key responsibilitiesEnsure payroll process compliance within relevant laws, regulations, and policies.Conduct internal audits of payroll processes and data.Create and implement controls to prevent any payroll issues.Collaborate with P&C teams to ensure all payroll content is accurate and allows for an excellent user experience.Manage any ad hoc payroll projects.Knowledge of SAP would be highly desired.Experience working within a large complex environment and analyzing large amounts of payroll data.Experience with D&A metrics and writing packs for reporting.In-depth knowledge of payroll-related laws, regulations, and legislation.Ability to work together and collaborate with a team.Ability to lead payroll-related projects.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
