What is the opportunity? We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team.
Position Accountabilities Operate payroll system.Keep accurate records of all payroll transactions.Keep current with all AWA's, EBA's Awards, and staff salaries including where applicable State and Federal awards.Maintain current information on workers compensation provisions and payments.Be liaison between payroll processing provider and Oakey Abattoir management.Assist HR manager with payroll related issues.Liaising with Supervisors regarding Manning Sheets/Queries.Process employee deductions i.e. Canteen, Stores and Meat charges.What experience are we looking for? Practical experience with payroll systems of 700-1000 weekly pays.Skills and ability to calculate a manual payroll accurately and quickly.Experience using GenPro & Affinity (Desirable)Why choose Oakey Beef Exports?
