You are comfortable working with multiple Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and 24-7 operational rostering.
You are familiar with and have used payroll software including time and attendance.
Accuracy and attention to detail is your forte, and your analytic skills are second to none.Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working closely with key stakeholders across the business, the Payroll Officer is responsible for supporting our services with Payroll related matters, including processing payrolls, ensuring compliance with tax laws, superannuation and company policies.
Additionally, the Payroll Officer is responsible for responding to queries, maintaining records and assisting with payroll audits, reconciliation and reporting.In the Payroll Officer position, building and maintaining positive working relationships is vital, and a high standard of customer service is a priority.
You enjoy a good challenge and your communication (both written and verbal) are a real strength.We are a not-for-profit organisation, and we're hoping you'll join our fantastic Whiddon family at Glenfield on a permanent full-time basis.THE ESSENTIALSAt least three (3) years' experience in the same or similar position.Experience processing end to end payroll, utilizing Payroll software and Time and Attendance systems.
