Payroll Officer

Our client is an industry leading organisation with a nation wide presence. They are looking for an experienced payroll officer to support their medium-large volume pay run. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders across the business. Additionally, they will have experience in a payroll position and exposure to complex Payroll and ERP systems.

What you'll do:Manage payroll tasks such as terminations, new hires, bank transactions, tax, super, leave, and timesheetsQuickly adapt to a high-volume workloadHandle bulk processing tasks efficientlyMaintain accurate records of all payroll activitiesEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsCollaborate with other team members to improve payroll processes What you bring:Ability to handle high-volume workloads efficientlyStrong knowledge of payroll processes including terminations, new hires, bank transactions, tax, superannuation contributions, leave management, and timesheetsExcellent record-keeping skillsUnderstanding of relevant laws and regulationsStrong collaboration skillsExperience using complex ERP and Payroll systems.
