DescriptionOversee end-to-end payroll (circa 5000 employees)Ensure compliance with complex legislationProcessing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax/PAYGMonth/year end closingIdentifying process improvementsPartner and develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholdersEnsure strong cross functional relationship between finance, HR and payrollProfileWe are seeking experienced payroll leaders with a passion for process improvement and change management. This role is not focused on BAU processing; it is a strategic role focused on continuous improvement and compliance - so those with strong experience in this space will be looked upon favourably!
