Payroll Manager - $145k + super + 15% bonus Opportunity to be involved in projects and process improvement initiatives Flexible hybrid work - work from home 2 days. Office located in Keysborough 3173 The Company

The payroll manager will lead a team of 4 payroll officers, support process efficiency improvements, external vendor analysis and support project teams to introduce a new and more efficient time and attendance system. The Role Managing the delivery of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly multi-state payroll for 9 companies in ANZ with a team of 4 Developing and maintaining a payroll risk and crisis management strategy Providing advice to managers and staff in relation to software applications, pay, legislation, award changes and company policies Assisting the HR manager and Finance team in the provision of payroll reports, data analysis etc Assisting in documentation of all key payroll related procedures with periodic reviews to ensure regulatory requirements are maintained Coordinating payment of PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation and workers' compensation Ensuring Termination and Redundancy calculations are accurate Conducting leave audits, reconciliations and reporting Interpreting NES, Awards and Enterprise Agreements and ensuring payroll is compliant in ANZ Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing procedures, undertaking data reviews, audits, updating payroll calculation templates, checklists and manuals Managing projects, liaising with software vendors, consultants and government bodies Setting up new business entities when required including data migration, payroll integration, testing and parallel runs The Successful Candidate Payroll management experience in a complex organisation - multiple legal entities/ ABN's and pay cycles Experience working with a variety of payroll systems, timekeeping systems as well as ESS Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills Proactive approach to improving payroll processes and systems Excellent attention to detail and time management skills What's in it for you? $145k + super + 15% bonus Hybrid working model, initially 1 day wfh, 2 days wfh after training Discounted health insurance Salary packaging options available - novated leasing Tailored career development Opportunity to be involved in projects and process improvement initiatives We are actively recruiting for this role, so please do not hesitate to APPLY NOW via the links provided.
