$130,000 - $140,000 + Super + Bonus | North Sydney NSW 2060 | 4 Days WFH

Strong payroll project background and the ability to manage end-to-end BAU operations.

THE CLIENT
A fast-growing FMCG organisation is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager with fresh ideas and strong leadership skills.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with HR and Finance to dive under the hood of the payroll team, identifying and actioning process improvements.

THE ROLE
Manage BAU and lead a team of 2, providing guidance to the team, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing (Approx 300 Weekly & Monthly).
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations and support business growth.
Project Management - Process mapping, System implementation, and integration.
Reporting and Analysis, ensure compliance with PAYG, superannuation, tax, and month-end reporting requirements.
Managing escalations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with the National Head of HR and CFO, being a key stakeholder in the Senior Leadership team.
Manage data migration and cleansing.
Review and potentially implement a new payroll system within 2-3 years.
Foster a fun and passionate team environment aligned with company values.
THE PERSON
Payroll Management experience and strong leadership skills, ability to roll your sleeves up and assist where needed with BAU.
Experience in transformation, process improvements / Implementation projects.
Payroll Accounting experience for month-end reporting and analysis.
Employment Hero is a nice to have but not essential.
Excellent communication skills.
