This is a newly created position and the opportunity is ideal for an experienced Payroll Manager looking to take on a new standalone challenge.
Duties: Initially worked alongside the project specialist for the implementation and transition from old system to ADP Act as the conduit between the business and outsourced provider Manager the payroll function Problem solve and troubleshoot any issues that arise Plan process improvements - people, systems and processes Assist with system upgrades, new releases & configuration changes as needed.
Ensure smooth payroll functionality alongside the system transition Provide support to the internal and external stakeholders Skills + Experience Strong understanding of ADP is essential Strong payroll technical abilities Proven experience in managing a payroll function Proven experience with multi site and time clock experience Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve system errors, and maintain the system, ensuring a smooth function Excellent experience across complex EBA's & legislative requirements Strong rapport building in both written and verbal with internal.
