MARS are proudly partnering with a Financial Services organisation that are looking to hire a Payroll Analyst to join the team on an 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. The Responsibilities:



Prepare, balance, and reconcile payroll, PAYG, FBT Tax, Superannuation, Workers Compensation, and other financial transactions.Serve as the primary uploader for Payroll and other HR payments, including superannuation.Review commentary on invoices in preparation for circulation.Track and monitor expenditures against the budget.Collaborate with outsourced vendors to collate, provide, and review employee-related payroll information.Monitor, resolve, and track tickets with vendors.Oversee the department's bank account transactions.Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.Contribute to the administration of our superannuation clearing house.The Requirements:



Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.4+ years' experience in Payroll.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.To Note:
