Payroll/Accounts Payable Officer6 Months TempEastern suburbsNon for profitAbout The CompanyJoin this health based non for profit organisation in a dedicated Payroll/Accounts Payable Officer role to take full ownership of the monthly payroll and supprt the accounts payable functions.About The RoleAs a Payroll/Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for processing the monthly payroll for approximately 200 employees using Chris21 and managing accounts payable using Dynamics. This role requires a thorough understanding of awards interpretation and will function as a stand-alone, full-function role for a temporary period of 6 months.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately process monthly payroll for 200 employees using Chris21.Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process using Dynamics.Interpret and apply award agreements to ensure compliance with payroll regulations.Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Prepare and maintain accurate payroll and accounts payable records.Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to company financial policies.Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll and accounts payable operations.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits as needed.QualificationsProven experience in payroll processing, preferably with Chris21.Strong knowledge of accounts payable functions and experience with Dynamics.Familiarity with award interpretation and application.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.If this sounds like you APPLY NOW or for further enquiries email me at ****** for over 18 years in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, people2people, Edge Recruitment and Frog Recruitment are your award-winning recruitment group and HR solutions provider.
