As the Payroll Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing payroll information, forecasting expenses, and providing in-depth analysis of labour performances.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage Payroll Information: Take charge of payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment for employees.
Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in maintaining comprehensive payroll records and overseeing payment approvals.
Reconcile Financial Records: Collaborate closely with the Payroll department to reconcile financial records related to an exciting project.
By aligning project expenses with payroll data, you will ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct Labour GAP Analysis: Dive into day-to-day labour GAP analysis, comparing planned versus actual labour performance.
Your insights will help optimize the production activities to maximise efficiency.
Assist in Labour Forecast and Control: Be an integral part of our labour forecasting process, providing valuable support in determining the optimal workforce required for upcoming projects.
Your expertise will contribute to effective labour cost control and resource allocation.
Prepare Financial Reports and Labour Accruals: Showcase your financial acumen by preparing weekly and monthly labour accruals.
You will provide valuable insights into labour performance and contribute to the overall financial success of our organization.
Provide In-Depth Analysis and Insights: Go beyond financial performances and deliver detailed analysis on labour performance.
Your insights will empower the local and senior management to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement and growth.
About you!
Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.)
in accounting from an accredited institution and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant Payroll experience.
You have an Accounting background with proven experience in Payroll & Cashbook Reconciliation.
Strong excel skills (pivot tables/V-look ups) which is crucial for data coordination and analysis.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy are essential for success in this role.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, interact, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical ability with a clear understanding of the impact of decision-making on business outcomes.
Structured and logical approach to work, capable of managing multiple deadlines and working well under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and driving results.
