Pathology Collector Illawarra

Southern.IML Pathology has vacancies for casual Pathology Collectors to work in the Illawarra Area.
The area covered is from Engadine to Gerringong.

Responsibilities: Specimen collection and handling (venepuncture) Home visits Documentation and patient care Liaising with doctors and patients in a professional manner The current hours of operation are between 7.30am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday, with participation in a weekend roster as required.
Flexible availability is required in this position.

Qualifications: An experienced pathology collector in venepuncture is essential Good interpersonal skills A strong patient focus Computer skills Flexibility and the ability to work in a busy team environment as well as individually Certificate III in pathology collection A current police check and a working with children check A current first aid certificate is an advantage Any enquiries for this position should be directed to Mrs Ruby Jackson on 4224 7460 or Mrs Kristy Cromie on 4224 7320.
