The CompanyThe VenueThe kitchen is part of a prep factory. It is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and facilities. There are four main production lines: baking, chocolate, cakes and macarons. Each area is run by a head chef overseeing production.
The RoleThis is a hands-on cooking job in the cake section. You will be working closely and receive valuable mentorship from the head chef and sous chef, focusing on production, technique and daily prep. What’s more, you will be mentored one-on-one for daily production.
Your day to day operations and responsibilities are: (but not restricted to):
Cooking and keeping your bench clean
Completing orders to send to outlets
Keep up with a fast paced and high volume production team
Follow recipes to at T producing a high standard
