Genuine care for their staff!About The BusinessOur client is a major, multi franchise truck dealership group with multiple locations. They sell and service top performing brands and place an emphasis on having the most knowledgeable and best trained staff in the industry.About The RoleWe are looking to speak to experienced Parts Managers or Senior Parts Interpreters looking to take a step up who are eager to take on a role at a well established branch. You may come from a truck dealership or from within the Earthmoving, Agriculture or Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry; it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Parts experience.You will be responsible for:Building strong relationships with customersGuiding and mentoring Interpreters where necessaryFinancial performance of your departmentIdeally you will also have:Proven experience in a similar roleExperience in leading and managing a teamPrevious exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position.
