Parts Interpreter & Store Person

TSV Automotive Townsville is currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team.
Reporting to the Parts Team, your key duties will include:
Customer service via phone, email, and counterStock ordering and receivingAccurate parts issuing and record keepingSupporting the workshopMaintain current customer relationships and seek new growth opportunitiesStocktaking / managing inventoryAchieve set sales targetsTo be successful you will have:
Extensive experience as a Parts InterpreterConfidence with PCs and online systemsExcellent communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsTechnical understanding of heavy vehicles and/or machinery (preferred)Excellent work ethic, time management, and customer service skillsA current manual driver's licenceA current forklift licence (preferred but not essential)If you meet the above criteria, we want to hear from you.
