We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our award-winning team in Mt Isa! This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role, working 38 hours per week.
ResponsibilitiesProvide a high level service to customers to efficiently manage their parts queries, requests and quotes.Utilise your analytical ability to review CAT resourcing for confirmation of correct part numbers to complete orders.Manage an efficient phone service, answering all calls and providing a professional and effective customer experience.Perform administrative and cash management practices including receipting of cash, cheque and credit card payments.Follow up on all expiring quotations.Provide timely responses to customer order status requests, ensuring lead times are effectively communicated.Identify opportunities to up-sell parts consumables including fluids, tools, accessories, and novelties.Provide product support service; machine sales and rental leads are immediately communicated internally.Why Hastings Deering?At Hastings Deering, our people are our heart—it's as simple as that.

Knowledge of CAT and associated products, parts and services is desirable.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.Proven self-motivation skills with the ability to gain an understanding of the business systems that we operate.High level of attention to detail.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.Previous warehouse experience would be desirable.To Apply:Hit the 'Apply Now' button.
